On a whim I booted up my old MH1 save on 2 (or if you prefer). I'm super rusty and only took on Velocidrome and Kut Ku. If I continue, I'd like to take on Khezu before the weekend.

Ah, yes... no, this isn't going to happen this week.

I was pumped to see the market dude selling potions and bomb material.. and then I realized. I have no honey, no blue mushrooms, and no nitroshrooms. So no combines for mega potions, antidotes, or gunpowder (for sonic bombs). I just want to fight monsters, not gather that stuff right now. *sigh* maybe someday I will return with vigor for some gathering and relearning the controls... or I start a new game of MH Dos
