@gamingonlinux I don't know what the draw is but wayland and a handful of other projects just have such terrible leadership/devs pushing the main changes, often so stuck on their ideas of what the software should be they'll snap back at any reports of their design causing problems for..you know...actual USE. JoshuaAshton in particular explains extremely well why that solution doesn't work in that thread but he refuses to hear it since it doesn't comply with how HE wants wayland to work....
