@psychicparrot42 I suspect it's standard because piano sustain pedals are basically on/off (since they control physical dampeners that are either touching or not touching, there's not much in between)
Yeah, there are piano pedals and guitar pedals. The guitar ones have a range. The piano ones don't. Both are correct in terms of how the actual thing works.
