These ‘bean counters’ have had their way for decades. It is time for the govt to mandate better educational and professional outcomes. Sack all <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Council" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Council</span></a> members, tighten up rules and regs, and start again with better reporting and more rigorous oversight than before.</p>
