I have an <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/RStats" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RStats</span></a> package that retrieves National Transit Database data from transit.dot.gov, and it recently started erroring out. In my efforts to debug I came across mentions of certain websites trying to block tools like curl, resulting in similar errors.
