This is despite the original design having 30 ICU beds on opening. Both plans have options to expand to 40 beds.</p><p>Noted physician & mathematician Simeon Brown told the ODT yesterday that reducing beds from 30 to 20 meant the total number of beds had not changed. Bob LeFridge :tinoflag:<p>I live on a beach and this is quite big.</p><p>Minimum floor levels are being raised in low-lying coastal parts of Dunedin, effective today.</p><p>When my neighbour built about ten years ago, the minimum was 0.5m. The new minimum floor level is 3.05m - 3.17m above sea level "in certain areas".</p><p>Three metres!
