Maggie Maybe<p>Oh another thing he told me that I thought was pretty cool was that even though there is a database where they can check for prior evictions most private landlords aren’t paying for that because it’s super expensive. So if there’s no judgment from a prior eviction on a credit report when he pulls it he would never know.</p><p>So if you’re not trying to rent in government housing when you’ve had an eviction from government housing, lie about that too. Properties managed by management companies probably will not pay for access to that, but private landlords won’t.
