TimAnother "Interrailing through Switzerland" post: a long trip awaited me on Friday: I took the Glacier Express from Zermatt via Brig, Andermatt, Disentis/Mustér and Chur to Tiefencastel, changed to regional trains and ended up in Davos where I stayed for another two nights. The ride on the Glacier Express was comfy and often scenic, but sadly the fog around the Oberalppass prevented me from taking pictures. At Davos I tried cross-country skiing, which I havent't done since being a small child. After roughly 10 kilometers I felt my aching muscles but had lots of fun! mkivinenI thought there were no <a href="https://toot.community/tags/FirstClass" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FirstClass</a> cars in my train from Budapest to Krakow, since they were not available in the DB system, but, ha, there was – until Bohumil, where the train splits. After seeing the left-over-from-a-tram car, where my actual 2nd class seat was, I quickly reserved a seat in the first class until Bohumil. Now, only 3 last hours of my 9 hour trip will be suffering. mkivinenAfter all those tedious bus trips, finally in train again! Let the <a href="https://toot.community/tags/interrail" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#interrail</a> proper continue! The trip straight from Plovdiv to Bucharest would have been pested with middle of the night train changes, so I chose to stay one night in Ruse, just to have a decent itinerary.Train from Plovdiv to Stara Zagora is quite full, judging from the amount of people rushing in. <a href="https://toot.community/tags/FirstClass" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FirstClass</a>, however, is not even half full.Oh, living on the edge: I do not have a seat reservation. ADVENTURE!
