Su estilo de gobernar ha llamado la atención no solo por la velocidad de sus acciones, sino por la forma en que ha construido una narrativa de liderazgo fuerte, con una cercanía a la gente que pocos mandatarios han logrado consolidar en corto tiempo.Desde el primer día, Armenta ha dejado claro que no gobernará desde la comodidad del discurso burocrático. Se muestra frontal, señala a los responsables de irregularidades sin rodeos y exige resultados a su gabinete con la misma intensidad con la que encabeza faenas comunitarias y reuniones vecinales. Este enfoque le ha permitido construir una imagen de liderazgo activo, alejado de la parsimonia institucional que suele marcar los primeros meses de una administración.El balance de estos cien días se divide entre acciones de alto impacto simbólico y decisiones con efectos estructurales a largo plazo.En el primer grupo, destacan medidas como la reforma a la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública, con la creación de la Secretaría Anticorrupción y la Secretaría de las Mujeres, alineadas con la agenda federal. También resalta la firma de convenios con 29 municipios en materia de bienestar animal, un movimiento que, aunque no es prioritario en términos de gobernabilidad, proyecta una administración con sensibilidad social.En materia de seguridad, su administración ha impulsado acuerdos con cinco de los siete estados vecinos —Oaxaca, Veracruz, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala y Morelos— para compartir información entre fiscalías y agilizar el procesamiento de delincuentes sin importar su lugar de residencia. Esta estrategia busca cerrar las rutas de escape que han permitido a grupos criminales operar con impunidad, pero su éxito dependerá de la capacidad real de coordinación y acción entre las entidades.Alejandro Armenta MierOtro eje de seguridad es la infraestructura. Armenta ha anunciado la creación de centros estratégicos de seguridad y atención al turismo, con el objetivo de reforzar la vigilancia y mejorar la percepción de seguridad en un sector clave para la economía del estado.Los próximos meses serán determinantes. Si el gobierno logra traducir estos acuerdos en operativos eficaces, reducción de delitos y mejor percepción de seguridad, podría convertirse en un modelo a seguir en el país.En términos políticos, la presencia de la secretaria de Gobernación, Rosa Icela Rodríguez en su informe de gobierno y su frase de respaldo desde Palacio Nacional —“Si Puebla sigue así… va a llegar muy lejos”— refuerzan la idea de que su administración cuenta con el visto bueno del gobierno federal y que su cercanía con la presidente Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo es plena.En el ámbito de los cambios estructurales, destacan decisiones clave como el ahorro de 8 mil 500 millones de pesos, la reestructuración de la deuda del Museo Barroco y la renegociación de la concesión del agua, con la promesa de mejorar el suministro y garantizar mayor transparencia en su gestión.También es relevante la liquidación de la deuda histórica de 27.2 millones de pesos con la Conade, lo que permite a Puebla acceder nuevamente a recursos federales para el deporte. En materia de participación ciudadana, el gobierno ha impulsado un programa de obra comunitaria basado en más de mil asambleas para definir las prioridades de infraestructura, apostando por un modelo de gestión más cercano a la población.Hasta ahora, la administración de Armenta ha demostrado capacidad para la acción inmediata, pero las reformas de fondo —como la del agua y la transparencia financiera— requerirán una ejecución eficaz para que el entusiasmo inicial no se diluya en la complejidad burocrática.En suma, Alejandro Armenta avanza con un objetivo claro: convertir a Puebla en un estado más productivo y seguro, pero también consolidar un liderazgo propio dentro del movimiento de la 4T.En un panorama donde otros gobernadores de Morena han optado por la discreción o la dependencia del gobierno federal, Armenta se mueve con una estrategia distinta que hasta ahora le ha dado buenos resultados.En CortitoMargarita González Saravia es, sin duda, una de las gobernadoras más apagadas y desdibujadas del morenismo.A seis meses de haber asumido la gubernatura de Morelos, su gestión se distingue por la inacción. No hay avances sustanciales en seguridad, infraestructura, desarrollo social ni económico. Lo único que ha logrado acaparar la atención de los morelenses son los constantes escándalos relacionados con el ex gobernador Cuauhtémoc Blanco Bravo, quien, a casi seis meses de haber dejado el cargo, sigue siendo una figura influyente en los titulares y la opinión pública del estado.Los seis meses de gobierno de González Saravia se resumen en una alarmante ola de inseguridad: secuestros diarios en la autopista México-Cuernavaca, un preocupante aumento de extorsiones a empresarios morelenses y una escalofriante escalada de homicidios violentos que, en su mayoría, cobra la vida de personas inocentes. Este desastre en materia de seguridad es solo la punta del iceberg.Margarita González SaraviaPero el colapso no se limita solo a la seguridad. El desgobierno es patente en todos los niveles. En el Poder Ejecutivo y el Poder Judicial, la falta de oficio político es evidente. La muestra más escandalosa de este caos es la situación sin precedentes en la que Morelos se encuentra: dos presidentes del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, una imagen grotesca de la falta de liderazgo y la total descoordinación entre los funcionarios estatales.En Morena ya tienen claro que la incapacidad de la gobernadora ha convertido a Morelos en un verdadero foco rojo. Scott CampbellSix years ago, Indigenous Nahua community organizer Samir Flores was murdered in Amilcingo, Morelos, for his work opposing the neoliberal Morelos Integral Project (PIM). Over the past few days, there have been mobilizations in Mexico to protest his assassination, the government's role in it, and the ongoing impunity in the case: <a href="https://itsgoingdown.org/global-days-of-action-justice-for-samir-flores/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank">https://itsgoingdown.org/global-days-of-action-justice-for-samir-flores/</a>As part of those mobilizations, this morning inhabitants of the 12 Zapatista caracoles organized candlelight vigils condemning the government and calling for justice for Samir. What started as a clandestine armed movement that took over a third of the state of Chiapas is now holding unmolested candlelight vigils in the face of government-backed executions of Indigenous comrades in the struggle.What to make of this? I don't have any profound conclusions, nor am I looking to condemn, but rather to offer an observation. I have several thoughts on the Zapatista trajectory and its manifestation in the current moment, but those are too lengthy to get into here.
