I really like the watch and most of the ecosystem, but the sleep tracking is a hot mess and that’s the thing I need the most. I’m still hoping I can figure out a way to make it work better, but I’m not encouraged by what I’m reading online.</p><p>Curiously enough, my Fitbit Sense came back to life. I’m wearing both watches for now. Looks like the Sense is having some intermittent battery charging issues (not to be confused with the persistent battery *charger* issues which plagues many Fitbits).</p><p>Anyway, my options would be an <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/Oura" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Oura</span></a> ring, Apple Ultra 2, or back to a <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/Fitbit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fitbit</span></a> Sense 2 when my Sense finally bites it. Those are the only watches with enough battery life to make life easier for those of us with sleep disorders.</p>

DrBob, Neurologist, 🧠Mechanic<p>The Ultrahuman Ring now has ‘Powerplugs’</p><p>The Ultrahuman Air smart ring now has UltraSignal and Powerplugs, which are little apps that have specific functions. </p><p>Some are free, like vitamin D/Sun exposure, circadian alignment (performance), menstrual cycle tracking and pregnancy insights.</p><p>Others have the dreaded subscription, including ‘cardiovascular adaptability’ for $3/month and Afib detection for $5/month. </p><p>These fees can add up quick so not sure how the Powerplug ‘store' will pan out.
