Maxime Messier 🇫🇷 🇪🇺 🌻Les automobilistes respectent déjà le 50km/h sur le périphérique. Je ne suis pas surpris : la vitesse moyenne réelle y était déjà de 32km/h avant la diminution annoncée de la vitesse limite… du fait de la congestion automobile quasi permanente !
