Boris Schapira (Pro)Il existe une API navigateur qui permet de géolocaliser quelqu'un·e avec son accord, mais je vois de plus en plus de sites choisir à la place de recourir à des services de géolocalisation par IP, souvent en envoyant l'IP à un tiers sans même que la personne ait consenti.Du point de vue de la Protection de la Vie Privée (notamment RGPD mais pas uniquement), cela m'interroge. jeanmichelbriocheJ'ai fait une plainte à la CNIL (qui évidemment n'a rien fait) contre les magasins Relay (Lagardère) qui scannent toujours les cartes d'embarquement, même pour 1 café. Mais si on achète des journaux, ça peut-être du fichage politique ou ethnique. Réponse complètement mytho du DPO à l'époque et déploiement en cours de bornes où il est impossible de refuser le scan de la carte d'embarquement. irunonprivacyÇa me rappelle la fois où j'ai voulu savoir si Instagram utilisait le contenu de nos messages directs. Réponse : "si la loi de votre pays nous l'interdit, non".Donc techniquement, ils peuvent (à l'époque, ce n'était pas aussi évident pour moi alors je le dis..) et le seul truc qui nous protège, c'est leur volonté de pas se prendre une éventuelle amende laaargement budgettée.
