Pro Peace<p>Zum zehnten Mal in Folge steigen die weltweiten Militärausgaben. Das Stockholmer Forschungsinstitut SIPRI gibt dazu die umfassendste Datensammlung dieser Art heraus.</p><p>In Deutschland war es lange üblich, dass mit steigenden Ausgaben für das Militär auch die Ausgaben für zivile Friedensförderung und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit erhöht werden. Mit dem Koalitionsvertrag der voraussichtlich neuen Bundesregierung gilt dies wohl nicht mehr.
