Frantic 🇬🇧 + 🇪🇺<p>The local election results in England are turning out to be quite remarkable. A recipe for serious conditions not to be spotted and diagnosed before it is too late. <br>Doctors do not refer patients for hospital treatment or tests unless they think there is a need.
