A dificuldade neste caso era a farinha integral e os ovos porque a receita original não é vegan. A farinha integral não foi problema e os ovos trocámo-los por ovos de linho. O resultado foi uma maravilha. Tofu-katsu com arroz e caril.</p><p>O primeiro foi a cocção do arroz. Leva 20 minutos e embora seja desatendido poderia ser feito no varoma (por níveis) ou no nosso caso, ao ser integral, muito mais rápido e eficiente na panela de pressão.</p><p>Depois, se tenho que meter o katsu na frigideira, faz-me primeiro esses passos e assim o caril pode ser feito em paralelo.</p><p>Levou muito mais tempo do que podia levar.</p>
