While marine <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/copepod" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>copepod</span></a> effects are documented, little work has been done on turbulence and <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/cladocerans" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>cladocerans</span></a>, which dominate freshwater systems - and notoriously poor swimmers.</p><p>MSc student, Luc Goulet, focused on <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/vorticity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vorticity</span></a> (rotation), very relevant to lakes and rivers.
