SlothGot some new 4-flute carbide endmills in. They can handle 8100rpm moving 500 in/min through .09" of medical grade countertop.We just increased our machine speed by over 5x. SlothCool part coming through the shop today.This boring looking rectangle with holes in it has a tolerance of +/- .0015"! This is made from Toplab. It's a bacteria-resistant wood composite that's used in the medical field for laboratory countertops.
