This is the sort of place I was hoping to be involved in creating here in Melbourne (but I'm not able to lead a project like this myself, and I couldn't find any that I wanted to join).(Based on the people shown in the video, the community isn't as diverse as what I'd prefer. I'm curious to know if a more diverse community has any effect on the longevity of a project like this one.
