:atari: :neovim: :terminal:<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://sonomu.club/@kf" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>kf</span></a></span> hehe, I just disconnected mine after few years rocking it as my primary driver. I ended up with <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/voyager" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>voyager</span></a> recently and it was totally worth of my investment. As usual, <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/zsa" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>zsa</span></a> did it again :-). If your hands are on a smaller size then I strongly recommend looking at <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/voyager" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>voyager</span></a>. This does not seem to be your case I assume ? Judging by looking at the "device" below the <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/ergodox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ergodox</span></a> :-)</p>
Perpetual Beta 🇺🇦<p>Dug out my <a href="https://sonomu.club/tags/ergodox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ergodox</span></a> again after a longer hiatus caused by inexplicaple disconnects. Guess it was something on the OS side... So happy to have it back on my desktop!</p>
russ<p>I did an interview with the ZSA (mechanical+programmable keyboard folks) in June, and it was just released yesterday!</p><p>It&#39;s a bit about game dev but mostly about keyboards. Makes me feel a little shy watching it, but i&#39;m recently trying to flip that emotion into sharing more. Gotta put myself out there!</p><p>Check it out on vimeo: <a href="https://vimeo.com/1019365096" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">vimeo.com/1019365096</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/gamedev" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>gamedev</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/keyboards" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>keyboards</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/mechanicalkeyboards" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>mechanicalkeyboards</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/ergodox" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ergodox</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/moonlander" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>moonlander</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/zsa" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>zsa</span></a></p>
Lyndi :duckverified:<p>I finally pulled off all the key caps from my <a href="https://tech.lgbt/tags/ErgoDox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ErgoDox</span></a> yesterday and gave them + the board a clean for the first time in ten-ish years (wasn't as gross as expected, yay).</p><p>Maybe I'm imagining things, but now the tactile bump (MX Browns) feels a little sharper? Perhaps there not being compacted dust acting as a cushion helps 🤔</p>
Perpetual Beta 🇺🇦<p>My <a href="https://sonomu.club/tags/ergodox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ergodox</span></a> keyboard started acting very strangely yesterday, sending off all kinds of untoward keys to my computer, so for the time being I'm back to my old steelseries thingy.</p>

Anisse<p>I recently switch keyboards to an Ergodox EZ, and I am still ramping-up; I'm now at the 7th iteration of the keyboard config. It's a really powerful tool, that can feel a bit overwhelming at first; I recommend starting with the default configuration.<br>For example, I did not understand why some held keys did not behave as I expected. After spending some time reading the generated C code, it turns out I did not configure them properly, since I used the "tapped then held" feature, instead of simply "held". So it now works as expected!</p><p>I also took the time to configure my first macro, so that I can have a key combination that sends Mic Mute shortcut , then Play/Pause ; this way I can listen to music while still being reachable by my colleagues remotely.</p><p><a href="https://social.treehouse.systems/tags/Ergodox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Ergodox</span></a> <a href="https://social.treehouse.systems/tags/ErgodoxEZ" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ErgodoxEZ</span></a></p>

David Brownman<p>To be fair, the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/keyboard" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>keyboard</span></a> (and computer at large) is just for gaming.
