Wen<p>Morning run/walk</p><p>An old favourite. Ruberslaw from Hassendean. We ran there and up, but an icy path [ersuaded me to take it rather more carefully until back onto the road . Chilly, I was not warm for 4k and my feet another 4 after that. Wen<p>Morning run</p><p>to banish the black dog and aided by the black and white one. A run up to the Ruberslaw Trig point , round and back through Denholm. Mucky muck mucky, both ways.</p><p>15k, 6k roads and 9k tracks. Care in the woods - exposed roots and wet’n’slippy.
