The Drop Bear 2.0I’ve been ruminating on this a bit. I think that there is an element of grieving in the acceptance that you’ll never have that body again or feeling like the fun that your young(er) self had wearing those clothes is all in your past. There’s also a sunk cost fallacy around clothes with the tags still on. You bought them with a goal weight or figure in mind and didn’t achieve it so it feels like wasted money. Keeping those things around just adds to the clutter in your home, your mind and your emotions so letting them go is a kindness to yourself. <a href="https://aus.social/tags/SpringClean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#SpringClean</a>
