@davidshq For managing tasks, I just use text files. (Except for daily on-the-go chores I use an app.) I’ve always been a kind of a productivity tool nut, but what I’ve personally learned is that if the tasks overwhelm you, it’s not the tool. There are just too many tasks. Harsh prioritization is what gets things done, not tools :-) That’s my experience anyway, your mileage may vary!
