🧵Madness it was, the last half an hour was so chaotic, that I forgot to reset debug values, and messed up a crucial calculation around hitting, so sometimes players are invulnerable ... oops.

I def. overscoped a bit, but really enjoyed my time, VOD coming soon on YouTube!

Base idea was, that you have a bar of randomly assigned actions, such as attack, heal, but funny ones, like mock, which would apply burn or bite which adds poision to the enemy.

You had to hit your timings on your bar, which shows your actions, and in plans you would have been able to modify it.

That never came into fruition as time did not allow it, and I forgot to implement a few effects around messing with your timing on the bar as well.

Alas it was a fun time, and def. gonna return to the project and perhaps the jam as well. More in a soon-ish devlog on ko-fi! ko-fi.com/achiegamedev

Don't forget the gif you doofus! 🤦‍♂️ It does things neatly, but the ui is an absolute mess! :D such as is the life of a game made in 3 hours! Looking forward to coming back and fixing it up!
