I've always uninstalled OneDrive on Windows because it's obnoxious and I already have Dropbox, but thought I'd give it a go to try out the Personal Vault feature. Turns out that folder is limited to 3 (three) files in total unless you subscribe. I only have about 20MB worth of documents I'd consider putting in there but it's more than THREE files so that not a feature even worth even trying out.
