Just remember that there is no moral involved in the stock market. Best to be seen as artists staged a fake press conference of a big chemical cooperation stating that they will pay up for a big incident in India, which caused the stock price to immediately drop. ( More than a decade ago) Bophal incident? At least my brain claims that it was Bophal..
