The end of the series. Really played into the wee hours with this one. It's nearly 4 AM.

It wasn't the ending I wanted, to be honest, but it was a powerful and very good one. The story had some great twists and turns, and I'm pretty sure it had more ghosts to interact with than any other game in the series.

I'm looking forward to playing some other Wadjet Eye games after my commentary playthrough, but it does feel weird that Blackwell is over.

Joey is standing in a child's darkened room along with a little girl's ghost. When Joey investigates an octopus plushy, the girl chimes in with "his name is Cutethulhu."
Madeline (the ghost) and her host/Bestower, who would later be known as the Countess. The scene is very brown and yellow and takes place in the early 1930's. They're standing in the rain outside of a boarded-up tailoring shop, and "the Countess" tosses a brick at one of the windows.
Joey is floating out in the snow with two other ghosts. One of them, a slightly older woman, is yelling at the younger-looking ghost: "You shouldn't be here. You shouldn't exist!"
