Classic 😊 The original Prince of Persia game is on the Internet Archive: archive.org/details/prince_of_

Controls are J,K,L,I, alt and space bar. U and O for big jumps.

Be prepared for it to take a while to load. Worked for me on a desktop computer 👍

Okay. Nothing earth-shattering here, but just a mini-vent.

My entire life, I've loved the _idea_ of strategy games. Particularly computer games (e.g., the original Civilization).

I am just ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at them, and whenever I play, I consistently reach a point where I've either (a) made choices earlier in the game that will lead me to inevitable defeat or (b) can't keep track of what I need to do to keep moving forward. (Actually it's usually both.) This is happening with Civilization 6 for me right now, but it has happened whenever I've tried to play Stellaris too.

So I'm at the point where throwing up my hands and saying "I need to do something else with my time and give up on the idea that I'll ever enjoy these things" is feeling like the right thing to do. But I'm a little bit sad about that, too. So it goes - I guess that's something I should have done years ago.

I don't know what it is about this interface but it just intrigues me. Like idk it seems cool.

It has live game stats on the site which tells me there is only 230 users online. This is the top MUD too. And on Youtube almost all the videos about the MUD are over 10 years old.

Kinda want to check it out with someone. ANYONE IN?
