Politie valt chemiecomplex #Chemours binnen in onderzoek naar verspreiden #PFAS
Advocaat Bénédicte Ficq deed in 2023 namens ongeveer 2400 mensen aangifte bij het OM tegen Chemours over de uitstoot en lozing van PFAS. Het OM startte eind dat jaar een onderzoek. Daarin wordt ook gekeken of leidinggevenden van Chemours en DuPont, zoals het concern eerder heette, aansprakelijk zijn te stellen.

Dat gebeurt in het kader van het strafrechtelijk onderzoek van het Openbaar Ministerie (OM) tegen het chemieconcern, over het opzettelijk in de lucht, de bodem of het oppervlaktewater brengen van schadelijke PFAS-stoffen tussen 1967 en nu.

The meaning of this piece of art is created in the proces. When this piece was put in the public space, its well ment meaning changed rapidly.
Neighbours opinions are straight forward and just as diverse as the residents itself.
But if u live right across this mural and dont like it one single bit, u can be called a unlucky bird for sure.
