The Haneburg is a two-wing U-shaped residential castle made of red brick. It consists of a ground floor, 1st floor and an attic. The windows are small, some have green shutters and the building is surrounded by lawns and trees.

I keep posting this view because I love it so much. There's an avenue in front of me. The trees to the left and right are very, very tall. Their green tops are bathed in sunlight. The sky above them is blue. Two cyclists can be seen on the path that the trees leave open between them.

In front of me is a path made of light-coloured wooden planks. It leads straight ahead, after a few metres it goes up a little, because it leads over a dune. To the left and right of the path is yellow, dry, ‘long-haired’ grass. At the highest point of the path is a platform. A person in a thick, black jacket is standing there, opposite them a person in a red jacket and yellow cap is sitting on a bench. It is a very sunny day, but also very cold. Behind the dune is the sea, but there's no photo of that today ;)

I'm a big fan of small worlds

I took these photos at Miniaturland #Leer last week. There, the entire region of #EastFrisia (as well as Ammerland and the German capital Berlin) is displayed on a scale of 1:87. The exhibition area covers more than 1,500 square metres. Buttons can be pressed at various points to provide entertainment. For example, a cruise ship moves towards a harbour and fireworks go off, or photographers snap a group of cyclists taking part in a race. And yes, there are also some ‘naughty’ movements in the undergrowth.
The #Ostfriesland hall is illuminated in green, which makes this region look even more inviting
