* Until 300 AM CDT.
* At 902 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain with water rescues ongoing and multiple roads
closed due to high water over them. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Cape Girardeau County. This is
