#Fritillaria michailovskyi. They are normally deep maroon for 2/3 of the petal, with a gold edge, but this was their first year in my garden and they came up mostly gold with maroon specks. The next year, they had returned to type. Of all the Fritillaria I've tried, they have returned and multiplied best.
