Pizza night!

Pizza dough, vaguely square as that's the best way to fit it on the available baking sheet, loaded with a slightly sweet and sour tomato sauce, fried onions and mushrooms (not really visible) grated cheese, topped with extra-thinly sliced tomato.

Dough for thin crust

226 grams AP (plain) flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
158 grams water

Mix and kneed until smooth. Allow to rise until doubled in size then refrigerate overnight. Divide into 2 and press out into suitable shapes, load and bake ~7–10 mins at the hottest your oven gets.

The same pizza after cooking. The onion and mushroom now more visible as the cheese has melted, the edges crisped (perhaps a touch too much?), ready to slice and eat.
