2023 marks 20 years since #Israel brutally murdered International Solidarity Movement activist Rachel Corrie in #Gaza by crushing her with an armored #Catepillar bulldozer, as she placed herself in its way of demolishing the home of poor Palestinians that the IOF was determined to dispossess.

Rachel's family sued on several accounts, losing each, with Rachel painted as a terrorist and extremist. Since then Israel has had carte blanche to murder American activists with the US judiciary's approval, most recently with the caught-on-tape targeted assassination of Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh just last year.

The only thing that will stop dissidents from being considered an exception to even the most basic laws is to make the US & Israel face consequences for their criminal behavior through international #divestment & #sanctions until they make good on their obligations to international law.

#BDS is the only peaceful movement fighting for a real end to violence in #Palestine & its criminalization sets a dangerous precedent for all dissidents to be treated to collateral murder.
