Do I prefer email submissions or system ones?
I don't have a preference--either works. Remember to always Read The Submission Guidelines. They're a kind of Shibboleth, sometimes.
I defintely prefer electronic submissions to snail mail, though.

Now, most submissions are done via email or via Moksha, Submittable or similar. What do you think of this?
It's much easier to work on something right up to the deadline--and you won't be stopped if you have a printer problem or run out of supplies!
As an anthologist, it makes it much easier to receive submissions from all over the world. It's also better for the environment. So, definitely in favor.
Tried to send a submission to #Abyss&Apex, which is supposed to be open for fiction the first week of February.
Form reply stating they are not open for fiction.
Tried to send to Haven Speculative.
#Moksha is down today. They shouldn't update on the first of the month.
Edit to add: Over ten have documented their Abyss & Apex submission on SubMission Grinder this morning.
