An upgraded version of the Columbus Man-Tended Free Flyer, Europe's stab at an independent space station from the late 80s and early 90s. As well as the MTFF, the associated document lists several other modules, including a multi-port connector, a cargo ship, and an escape pod.

All eventually cut down and cut back to become the Columbus module of the ISS, of course.

A 3D computer-rendered version of the space station described in the toot, in early 90s computer graphic style. The only extra component worth mentioning is two large rectangular solar panels attached to opposing sides of the Columbus module.
Bilimgual French and English text, too much to include in the character limit unfortunately. It describes the path from ESS-1 (Columbus and one more module) to ESS-2 (the addition of the attachment module and its hangers on) and boldly predicts it will be done in the 2000-2010 timeframe.
