They summarize the terms and conditions of online services and rate them for privacy and data security so us normies don't have to read them. Needless to say, #Google etc score very badly ;)

#ANZ #Bank is going further and further in enforcing their #TermsAndConditions which are very anti-#Aged and anti-#CognitivelyImpaired.
If an elderly person is getting help using #InternetBanking in a way where the helper gets to know the account password then ANZ is shutting that person off from using that service.
May be failure to provide #ReasonableAdjustment which would be an offence under the fed and state #AntiDiscriminationLaws.

Perfectly normal for a public utility to roll out new #termsandconditions that revoke class action lawsuits from the public, limit the liability of the public utility, collect more data that may or may not include data on children, etc. Top it that all off with no ability to opt out, unless you cancel your electricity. This is fine.
23andme suffers a major breach and then they change their terms & conditions, specifically their arbitration clauses. Seems a little suspicious to me.
