"Illuminated", made in Blender and composited with Photoshop

Here's a little something I've been working on today, playing with lighting and reflections. It's actually a remake of one of my older pieces, but I wanted to go more stylised / cinematic this time.

My girlfriend Christine and I have been collaborating on a project! She's created an incredible music video with Blender and Grease Pencil for my song In Unexpected Places. We've spent hours finalizing it and working out final little details, but we are going to release it very soon!!

Here's an interesting @blenderartists stat for ya. I post there occasionally when I remember that social media is trash and we should go back to forums and blogs. But looking at the stats, the thread about my amateur never-functional #python add-on for generating roads (abandoned as #geometrynodes got good) got vastly more love than any of my art projects. #Blender is an art tool but it really loves developers #b3d #blenderartists
