Update: Current range of motion is 68-142 degrees (74 degrees of range). Fitting with the trend, flexing is improving faster than extension, but it's probably because more daily actions involve flexing (tying hair, brushing teeth) than extension (reaching into the pantry for snacks?). In terms of strength though, I can almost do a trembly plank!
