How much do #Python clocks progress in "60 seconds"?

CLOCK_BOOTTIME 60.6
CLOCK_MONOTONIC 60.6
CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW 56.0
CLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID 0.000952
CLOCK_REALTIME 60.6
CLOCK_TAI 60.6
CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID 0.000952

Only CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW is tracking the hardware #clock correctly.

So if you actually want to measure #time accurately, use that one.

I don't have the kit the old bill have nor the raw video footage, but from checking a map of #Colchester the front of the building opposite is about 33 metres, it was barely a second for the car to pass. So It is very likely to have been driven in excess of the 30mph (48 km/h) speed limit in that area. I can't understand why folk smart enough to go up to Uni (with no other record of crime/bad behaviour) would choose to drive like that..
