The reason why you see clear URLs in my newsletter and not some weird stuff is because I disabled all marketing tracking. I think it's important to know where you will end up after the click.

But well, it should be the other way around! Should be considered invasive to force mile-long-tracking links on anything linked in emails!! I already wrote multiple folks that I'd rather not have these creepy links pushed in my face from actually benelovent people! But it seems like most peeps don't care anyway so they don't bother 
@ewerybody might also be that they are not aware because the tracking is usually ON by default...
