For the weekend I put the pour over back in the cupboard and pulled out the Bodum siphon coffee maker because @coffeegeek told me to. He was right, such a good brew.

Bad weather means I'm more inclined to make pasta. Here pizzoccheri, buckwheat/boekweit pasta: fabulous comfort food from the Italian mountains.
