I'm no trophy hunter for video games, but this was kind of surprising. The trophy for finishing the first chapter of Omega Quintet is "Rare" with only a 31.7% achievement rate!
I know it's a very niche JRPG. Compile Heart games always seem to have overly complicated (yet easy to exploit) battle mechanics along with the extensive VN elements, but to think that that many people dropped the game before even getting through the onboarding phase is kind of unexpected.
On a related note, the trophy for defeating a mere 100 enemies is even rarer, with only a 25.5% attainment rate!
I've played two Compile Heart games before (Cyberdimension Neptunia and Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force), and Omega Quintet's structure is well within what I was expecting from it. At least I'm enjoying the game so far, and that's all that matters.
