#Russian culture continues to descend on the residents of Ukraine's #Kherson region, as Russians hunt individual civilians with #drones - today injuring two men, aged 59 and 61, now hospitalized.

Russians affectionately refer to this as their "human safari".

A good example of how fucked up #Russia military channel admins are can be, as found today on the “From Mariupol to Carpathia” channel run by Aleksandr Sheptura (205. Brigade). Sheptura is now kind of public figure as one of the distinguished operators of the Russian “human safari” in Kherson.

Approximate timeline of Sheptura’s posts documenting their hits on #Kherson for the last couple for days:

• “We will hit targets [in residential area] regardless of presence of civilians! Collateral damage is unavoidable!” (self-declared war crime)
• “All vehicle movement we consider a lawful target! All objects of critical infrastructure we consider lawful target!” (they are not “lawful” in any known law system)
• “We warned! All rescue services rushing to help the victims are guaranteed to be targeted by us!” (self-declared war crime)
• “Kherson is noisy, our artillery works over the planned targets”
• “Oleshky, horrors! Enemy hit our market!” (we were hit, bad)
• “Kherson, aerial hits on planned targets! We watch huge explosions!” (we hit them, good)
• “We like mushrooms [explosions] :))) especially in Kherson :))”
• “Eternal memory to our men who today gave life in Oleshky!”
• “Good morning Khokhols, we can see you, hairy faggots! :)))” accompanied by a video of FPV hitting a civilian car in Kherson
• “Enemy posted a video of FPV hit on Oleshky, but it’s fake! It was not our soldiers, our soldiers actually died there but while evacuating others!”

Then, at the end he forwards an emotional post which speaks of “those terrorists who cynically kill civilians in Kherson oblast” but when this idiot talks of the whole oblast (region), occupied by Russia, he is completely unable to refer his own words to the Kherson town, which they are bombing themselves on daily basis. Then he accuses the enemy of “ignoring all human norms and rules, ignoring all laws and agreements and absent of any compassion”, still entirely unable to refer these accusations to his own actions, which he himself is documenting on daily basis.

#Russia 88th Brigade “Espanola” operating mostly on #Donbas has declared that they will consider all Ukrainian civilian population as enemies, subject to liquidation.

Not only combatants are involved in the war against our population, but also the so-called ‘civilians’.

They declare the only exception will be people actively collaborating with Russian occupation authorities:

We declare that until the moment of a real ceasefire established for us by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Federation, we are prepared to consider as peaceful citizens from Ukrainian territory only those who, as we have already reported, establish authorised communication with us using the bots we have created. Only after receiving guarantees of cooperation with Russia and loyalty to the Russian World will we be prepared to consider certain citizens of Ukraine as allies rather than enemies.

Ballistic missiles, MLRS, artillery, and strike UAVs are incapable of distinguishing between military and civilian targets, which means that anyone who wants to avoid destruction must take action themselves. The easiest way to do this is to contact us via bots and begin active cooperation.

Russians, of course, invented a “moral justification” for their war crimes by mentioning known fakes, such as the “ZSU killing civilians in Kursk” and building a dubious causal link between these, and them killing civilians in Donbas.

The same tactics has been already used for months by the Russian units operating on the left bank of Dnipro and periodically killing civilians in #Kherson - these units have been making similar “offers”, only used less words and with less moral pretences.

121 civilians have been killed and over 1,000 injured as a result of FPV #drone attacks in the #Kherson region since Feb 2022. Among them are 15 children. The Prosecutor’s Office is investigating over 1,650 incidents involving attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure by #russia. Among the victims are three medics who were killed by a drone while returning from work. These actions bear the hallmarks of systematic #terror against the civilian population.
