#frankfurt Erfrischendes #mdrza Nicht wegen des Wetters, sondern wegen dem Taxifahrer der quer über den Radweg geparkt hatte. Al er zum Auto kam und sah wie ich die Fotos machen, hat er mich mit allem was er konnte beleidigt und mich bis zur Innenstadt hupend verfolgt
Zur #owi kommt dann also noch ein Schreiben an die Taxifiliale
Deutsche #taxifahrer sind die schlechtesten Autofahrer weltweit von sich aber sehr überzeugt.

“Put me down with the people, and it’s just overwhelming."
When American photographer Esther Bubley was 22, she took a 6 week Greyhound bus trip on her own, starting in New York City and ending in Memphis. She was hired by the US Office of War Information (OWI) to document everyday moments during the transition from economic depression to mobilization for WW II, as wartime rationing of gasoline and rubber drove the public to embrace mass transportation

Ich glaube ja nicht das alle #Dosentrottel doof sind. Rhetorische Fragen werden ja eher nicht beantwortet, aber die wiederholte Frage "Hallo? Hallo?" zeugt ja von echtem Interesse. Also sind die meisten ja doch doof.

Du zahlst ne #OWi Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag, Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag. Mal morgens, mal mittags, ja auch abends und nachts. Immer wieder. Über Monate. Dann parkst du wochenlang in einem Parkstreifen und stellst dich nach Wochen wieder konsequent jeden Tag auf den Gehweg.
Ich bin einfach zu doof so ein Verhalten zu verstehen, aber ich bin ein sehr fleißiger Anzeigenschreiber.
Es gibt 3 Arten auf Knöllchen wegen #Falschparken zu reagieren
Oh, ein Knöllchen wegen Gehwegparken in Straße XYZ Nummer Y.
1. Dann parke ich halt vor Nummer Z. Nächstes Knöllchen. Hä? Wieso?
2. Dann parken ich halt in der Feuerwehreinfahrt/im Halteverbot/etc. Nächstes Knöllchen. Hä? Wieso?
3. Dann parke ich eben auf der Fahrbahn
Allen ist eines gemeinsam. Der Reset nach ein paar Tagen längstens Wochen und das Spiel beginnt von vorn

In 2023 6 third-party projects joined OWS.EU for R&D activities. Time for updates!
Today in the spotlight: Project LOREN
The project was set up to investigate a variety of legal questions re building & piloting the #OWI.
The team has compiled & analysed numerous laws + norms of relevance. Results are currently compiled into a legal opinion with actionable advice regarding #crawling, #searching, #indexing, #sharing of index and #disclosure of #data for scientific purposes.

Consulting firm Mücke Roth & Company has been looking into economical & societal questions related to a European #OWI. Community Update
In Oct 2023 6 third-party projects joined OWS.EU for R&D activities. Let's see what happened so far.
First up: Project LISA
The team defined what constitutes illegal content +identified a set of legal duties for operators of an #OWI. Legal requirements for takedown requests, incl. those for criminal content, IP infringements + data protection were considered. Questions re ownership of digital content incl. the #OWI were examined & a framework for sharing the index set up.
"Niemanden" interessiert #Datenschutz , aber wehe du fotografierst ein Auto.

What an exciting week...

@LRZ_DE & IT4I at the #ISC24 and followed by a meeting w/Mücke Roth & Company in Munich surrounding their ongoing study on “the economic & societal impact of an #OWI“.
Yesterday we presented our mid-term results to the #EuropeanCommission. We had interesting discussions w/ the review committee + got great feedback & food for thought.
