The Point to Plane and Line to Plane equations in the SonicPi Code were previously used in #Genuary2024, where these #linearalgebra components were used to create the sound.

While the LiveCodeLab sketch contains various collages of the same piece of code.

Where High Pressure tends to lead to clearer skies and less wind while lower pressure leads to cloudy/stormier outcomes. The possible cycles in this planetary system are showcased in this sketch.

For this week's Creative Code challenge by @sableraph : “ Ku Shulan”, PetalsInGardens takes #SonicPi & #Hydravideosynth @hydra code and blends them with images of flowers and sounds related to gardens and forests.

This is to represent Ku Shulan’s paper cutting style that tends to include a lot of floral cutouts through various hues and forms. Sounds used in the SonicPi composition were taken from the BBC sound effects library.

For this week's Creative Code challenge by @sableraph : “ Erosion”,

PoeticErosion takes previous #p5js and erodes it through #Hydravideosynth. PoeticErosion takes these chromatic poems as a data format because “ data erosion, a phenomenon also known as data decay, is the gradual decrease in the accuracy and usefulness of data” - 6sense.

The poems that were once clearer(seen on the left side) are now harder to distinguish. #SonicPi was used for the sound with various audio erosion effects added.

The Poems were coded in P5js to take a snake-like shape through the rules of 18 Words Speaking. While the additional Data Visualization of the poems were done with a snake plot (Snake plot is the term used to describe a line chart on its side. So rather than the lines running left-right (x-axis) they run up-down (y-axis) - QResearchSoftware) in Python. (since pythons are snakes). Additional Edits were made to enhance the chromatic feeling.

It does this by using Python(For the Chromatic Squares and to get the Grid for the Chromatic Poetry)

using SonicPi to sonify the variables within the color Peach Cobbler from The DipinCode series and then using various tempos to represent the different ways, one can eat this color.
