The witches' leader, Warlock Prime, finds the unconscious #SilverSurfer and takes him to his home. When the Surfer revives, he is tricked into drinking a sedative. Warlock Prime plans to destroy the Surfer to prove the coven's power to the world.
To destroy the Surfer, Warlock summons the Abomination, an old Hulk's enemy. However, he's unable to control the Abomination, who sets off to take the world. The Surfer wakes and is told that only he can stop the Abomination. [2/3]

There are a few nice images in this issue, but overall the story is pretty weak: The Obliterator wants to destroy Zenn-La, and the Silver Surfer logics him out of doing it. I’m looking forward to having the normal writer/artist team back after this issue! #marvel #silversurfer
The Silver Surfer is no longer at war with the Kree, but apparently no one told the Kree that. So now they attack him for no reason, and he destroys a bunch of their ships in return. It’s kind of pointless. #marvel #silversurfer

Supreme Leader Nenora goes to meet with Shalla-Bal, because she wants to meet with the Silver Surfer in person. The diplomatic conversation is replete with innuendo and vague threats of violence…and of course Shalla-Bal doesn’t know that Nenora is a Skrull! #marvel #silversurfer
The Kree/Skrull war is heating up again, as the Kree are chasing down an escaping Skrull fleet. But they’re suddenly attacked by the Super Skrull, who has vowed to wipe out all Kree scum! And that leads me to the Kree Supreme Leader, Nenora…. #marvel #silversurfer
Speaking of implications, Eros asks Firelord if he ever yearns for romantic love. Firelord says he no longer feels that passion. “Not the way you mean it, Eros!…Not since the day I lost my friend Gabriel--!” I think maybe they were more than friends…. #marvel #silversurfer
Eros expresses guilt about using his powers on the Silver Surfer. He normally only uses them “to subdue criminals--or to heighten a pre-existing bond with a woman!” He all but confirms that his past sexual encounters were maybe not fully consensual. Ick. #marvel #silversurfer
Leaving the Surfer for now, we return to Galactus, whose voice is so commanding that he even cuts off the narrator! Nova is pleading for permission to go find the Silver Surfer, but he refuses. And if she leaves anyway, he will remove her cosmic powers! #marvel #silversurfer
