The third day marked the sixth stage of the Eifelsteig from Kloster (Monastery) Steinfeld in Kall-Urft to Blankenheim. Despite sleeping within the monastery's guest house, I didn't burn to ashes and so we could head on in the early morning to see one of the most beautiful combinations in nature: The rise of the sun seeking its way to the trees of a wood while the air is still fresh and somehow humid. The dawn of a new day in nature was a perfect start for our third consecutive stage on this Eifelsteig-tour!
