Hello friends and followers! I forgot to tell everyone. You all *must* be wondering the status of my earlobes, as I was struggling with the great leap. Yes that's right, no more .5mm for these ears, no. I sized up by my first full mm. It was tough and took some doing but I did it. I'm at 6g, or 4mm!!
I am so pleased 😄

Can you #prickUpYourEars? I'm only aware of this ability because I am wearing glasses, and the same muscle movement pulls back the specs as well. Hence my guess would be that many people could do it and don't realise?

Jackrabbits - well, all #hares, and all non-lop #rabbits - have great ears. Younger folks won't remember indoor TV aerials affectionately called "rabbit ears", but the name was apt.

Here's a white-tailed jackrabbit - which yes, is actually a hare, not a rabbit - who has his ears up monitoring for threats while he munches some food. They turn to face different directions to focus sound from, like a radar dish, and they both operate independently. I call this "swivel mode".
