DC Queer Tango Collective
We are excited to announce that starting this Saturday, March 22, we will be offering FREE dance classes and practice EVERY Saturday afternoon. All of our events are queer-centered.

Please note, no street shoes or stiletto heels are permitted on the dance floor. Dance shoes with flat or chunky heels are fine, and socks are a great option.

Thank you to Montgomery College's Department of Visual and Performing Arts for their space partnership.

If you are one of the (few) people in the #DMV who enjoy having the periodical cicadas emerge then get ready. Brood XIX, the Great Southern Brood of 13 year cicadas makes a limited appearance in these parts. Today I found one in #MoCo. it's a bit early for them, but hopefully we'll get more in the coming weeks.

Montgomery Co, MD folks: Why is it that the vast majority of the newly planned dense development is going into places that are already densely developed? Why not spread the pain? Let Potomac, MD see some dense affordable development.
