This is really good and well worth the 19 minutes, even if you don't think the history of fashion in fascist Italy sounds like your cup of tea. Some of it seems obvious, in a way, but it's a topic I'd never given much thought to, and there were a number of surprises that never would've occurred to me. Good stuff well researched.

The kitty blanket is finished! I'm so chuffed with it, but also a little sorry to be done #knitting it, because it was fun to make. My partner loves it, and asked me to make more for our den. The #cats continue to produce fur, so I see more #handspinning in my future. This is a blend of Jacob #wool and cat #floof that I spun. It is WARM! A hand knit afghan-sized blanket is spread out to dry on some beach towels. The blanket is a rectangle made in a spiral, starting with a strip in the middle, which turns each corner at right angles. The colors shift organically from creamy white to dark charcoal gray. Running down the center of each strip is a line of small lace motifs resembling a cat track.
